Twycross Zoo
To celebrate my Aunt's 60th birthday the whole family took a coach trip down to Twycross Zoo.
Obviously, the camera went too and I even entered a collection of black and white animal photographs into the Zoo's Photographer of the Year competition. Fingers Crossed!
Hallam FM SummerLive 2014
A Great opportunity presented itself the week of the Hallam FM Summerlive 2014 concert, to be the Official Photographer! It wasn't something I couldn't pass up and had a fantastic time and got some great images that are now up on the Hallam FM website as a record of the event.
Jessica Steele, The Vamps, Foxes, Katy B, Ella Henderson, 5 Seconds of Summer, Kaiser Chiefs, Ella Eyre, Jessica Glynne, Neon Jungle and Little Mix turned out for the event which also marked the 40th Birthday for the radio station. Hopefully the start of on long term relationship with Hallam FM...
Second Shooting at Waterton Park Hotel
Another wedding photography learning experience assisting Alex Knight Photography at Waterton Park Hotel. Fantastic venue with seemly endless opportunities for great wedding photos. The weather threatened to keep the outdoor photography limited but cleared in time to get some great images for Emma and Nathan's album.

Another opportunity for real wedding pictures, assisting Alex Knight Photography at the wedding of Rachael and Jonathan in Huddersfield.
The weather forced "plan B" upon us, but I think it's important to capture the best images of the day, rain or shine, and the rain was embraced and we headed outside with the umbrella and grabbed a great night portrait for the newlyweds.

Eve Merton Dream's Trust Charity Football

I was lucky enough to get involved with the Legends V Heroes charity football match at the Keepmoat Stadium.
The event raised over £25,000 to help fulfil the dreams of Doncaster's cancer patients. Check out their good work at www.evestrust.co.uk or www.facebook.com/evestrust
Photo: Brian Stock, formerly of Doncaster Rovers, and Angela Dunning lay flowers for her late husband, Ray. This was followed by a minutes applause for the avid Doncaster Rover's supporter who sadly passed away at the Leicester City game on the final day of the season.
Brian later tweeted this photo along with the message "R.I.P Ray Dunning was proud to walk out with his lovely wife to lay flowers in memory!!"
