Going ahead with your booking... securing the date
If you're at the point where we've checked the availability of your wedding date and you are happy with the all the details and price of our coverage then the next step is to secure the date with a non-refundable 20% deposit. This payment signifies that you agree with the terms set out by the contract and your wedding date will be reserved for your booking. The final balance of the fee will be due 6 weeks before the wedding date.
Payments can be made via cash, cheque or bank transfer the address or account details for payments are included on the cover letter you will receive with your contract.
